<p><strong>Reading Hospital</strong>, a 700+ bed acute care hospital, <em>located 60 miles NW of Philadelphia</em>, is actively recruiting for additional <strong>Hospitalists </strong>for our large hospitalist group of 70+ physicians!</p>
<p><strong>About our opportunity:</strong><br />
• Responsible for coordinating all aspects of care for the inpatient Adult Medicine Service.<br />
• Flexible schedule: 5 consecutive days; or 7-on 7-off.... YOUR CHOICE! <br />
• Requirement to work 16 twelve hour shifts per month (does include some nights and weekends)<br />
• ICU is covered 24/7 by Intensivists<br />
• No Procedures<br />
• Hospitalists cover Rapid Response <br />
• Codes covered by residents<br />
• Average Patient Load: 15<br />
• Teaching Residents is optional<br />
• EMR is EPIC<br />
• Support of more than 20 Advanced Practice Providers</p>

<p>Ambulatory services of Reading Health System are extended through facilities located throughout the community, including 13 laboratory and 17 imaging centers, Occupational Health Services, over 70 physicians in 19 office complexes. Additional services include Reading Health Rehabilitation Hospital, 9 outpatient therapy locations, Joint Replacement Center, Weight Management Center, Sports Medicine and QuickCare and Urgent Care.</p>
